    Intro job - web design/production

    Posted 1 year, 5 months, 2 days, 7 hours, 56 minutes ago

Linc, a web and video conferencing software company, is a neat place to work. Well, don’t get the wrong idea, it’s still work. And work, as we all know, is for suckers. But if you are gonna be a sucker, you might as well be a sucker in a place that is kind of fun. We have some neat folks, we are centrally located, and our product is actually kind of neat. I mean it’s not like we are selling collateralized debt packages; we are selling software that saves folks time and money and, when used in lieu of travel, makes this big dirty rock we call our home planet just a little less big and dirty. Check us out: http://www.ilinc.com

So, I suppose I should tell you what we need from you. We need someone who is eager to learn. Someone who has a set schedule so we know we can depend on you being in the office at certain hours so that we can schedule stuff. Scheduling stuff, as you will learn, is paramount in business. What we need beyond that is someone who likes web design and production. Someone who likes print design and production, to a lesser degree than that someone likes web design and production. Someone who likes marketing - well, someone who likes the folks on our marketing team, anyhow. Chances are you are pretty young and new to it all - that’s good. We can help. We can teach you, mold you, and maybe - just maybe - not jade you. You’ll get to work on our site, our blog, our user community, in our product, in our collateral, on our softball team and in our food bank. Ok, we don’t have a food bank. But we do on occasion do something that can be considered somewhat decent for other people - like the time we put a roof on a Habitat house. That was kind of fun and decent and made us fell more like part of The Solution and less like part of The Problem.

So, with all that said, if you would like to be part of the solution, drop us a line. Shoot us your resume (however small it might be - we get it, this job is here to help pad that bad boy). Don’t call, please. We are too busy doing Good to talk on the phone. And we are modern digital people and the phone is soooo 2002.
